Introducing our new chatbot SwagBot! We are so excited and proud to be exhibiting at the #BCTech Summit this year as the sole swag and branded product supplier. As we prepared to attend the event and develop gifts for the audience, we got a little caught up in the excitement. Spurred on by the recent https://www.newwestcity.ca/innovation-week we thought — its time to get off our butts and Code our own app.
After we installed LiveChat on our website and four Magento e-commerce stores a few months ago, we’ve seen a huge uptick in customer inquiries. But it also revealed some of the limitations of LiveChat — namely you have to be available to answer the queries and as a small/medium sized business based in the Vancouver area, its hard to schedule our team properly.
Our answer: develop an Artificial Intelligence chatbot, or SwagBot (TM pending). SwagBot is an AI chatbot developed to: a) Market Pat Brands as innovative; b) answers basic questions about who PB is and what we can do; c) Qualify new leads for PB, new client and project opportunities. This completes our third special project for #BCTech, we hope you’ll try it out and come by our booth to say hi. We will be: 1.) Demo’ing SwagBot; 2.) Giving Away 15 pairs of awesome Wireless Earbuds; and 3.) Taking selfies with 80s Tech throwbacks to print on your custom individualized Tote Bag.
